Process and performance characteristics of filling line of glass carbonated beverage

The filling line of glass bottle gas-containing beverage is composed of three single machines of washing, filling and sealing, and is driven by a driving motor. It has the advantages of high automation, compact structure, beautiful appearance, convenient operation and maintenance, safety and reliability, continuous adjustable production capacity and so on. It is an ideal production equipment of gas-containing beverage in China.

It has a wide range of application, filling polyester bottle (bottle type can be round and square), sealing selection screw cap (refers to polyester bottle), according to the user of different bottle quality, bottle shape and bottle capacity, can be changed to meet the needs of production.

I. Process and characteristics:

(1) Classification

1. Fruit juice carbonated drinks: contain 2.5% or more natural fruit juice. 2. Fruity carbonated drinks: Spices as the main flavoring agent, fruit juice content is less than 2.5%. 3. Cola type carbonated drink: Contains Kola nut, white lemon, bay, caramel coloring.

(2) Whole line equipment and production process

Two, performance characteristics:

(1) This series of equipment is used for the production of polyester bottled juice, fruit wine, mineral water, purified water and other non-air drinks.

(2) Realize the integration of bottle flushing, filling and capping in one machine.

(3) With the introduction of new technology, the filling line of gas-containing beverage in glass bottles adopts the principle of pressure fixed liquid level filling, which ensures fast filling speed, stable liquid level control and no dripping phenomenon.

(4) Spring type washing pliers, empty bottle with the track automatically 180° turn, inside and outside two washes, high efficiency of bottle flushing.

(5) Adopt magnetic torque screw cap head to realize the function of grasping and screwing cap. The screw cap moment is stepless and adjustable, with constant torque sealing plastic cap function, and does not damage the cap, sealing tight and reliable.

(6) The machine adopts PLC computer program control and man-machine interface touch screen button, with automatic control of the liquid level in the cylinder, no bottle no canned, no bottle no capping and other functions, using frequency converter.
