3. Insert the filled container into the automatic bottled water filling machine in the tooling box, connect to the external power supply, the power socket must be a three-pin socket, and have a reliable ground wire to prevent the machine from leaking and shocking people, turn the machine power switch Dial to ON, the power indicator lights up.

4. The mounting support plate supports the filling rack, and pushes the positioning sleeve on the filling head upward with your fingers. The positioning sleeve should be able to move up and down flexibly, and the filling needle in it is exposed or retracted without hindrance.

5. Turn the switch under the liquid storage tank to the ON position, so that the material can flow into the total metering pump. According to the total filling amount of each container, adjust the screw on the crank, and turn the knob of the filling speed control plate to 20 degrees. Left and right, and then turn the switch on the filling speed control board to the ON position.

6. When the liquid flowing out of the filling head is the set amount, tighten the liquid volume fine-tuning nut, cover the casing of the filling head, and loosen the support plate of the filling frame.
